From time to time Stirling Communications Supply Co runs competition in partnership with Jabra. Please read Terms and Conditions below prior to entering. 

 

By entering a competition, giveaway, promotional event run by Stirling you agree to the Terms and Conditions below even if you have not read them. 

 

1. The promoter is Stirling Communications Supply Co whose office is at 29 Polar Drive, Stirling, NJ, 07980

2. Employees of Stirling or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. 

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase to enter the competition. 

4. Closing dates for contest entries are posted for each contest separately. After this date no further entry will be permitted.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

6. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follow:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a Catastrophe, war, Civil disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 

8. No Cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. Winners will be chosen: At random by software AppSorteos

10. The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

12. By entering the competition an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

13. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. No personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current United States data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Stirling Communications Supply Co and not to any other party.
